Completion of a degree from a recognised university; or minimum age 21 with a recognised Polytechnic Diploma (or equivalent) plus 3 years' relevant work experience; or other relevant qualifications assessed on a case-by-case basis.
English requirement: GCE 'O' level English (min. C6) or equivalent
