LSBF Singapore is strategically located in the Central Business District (CBD) in the heart of Singapore, and is part of Global University Systems, an international education group with campuses in Europe and Asia. Unlike other educational institutions which offer their own set of degrees, LSBF collaborates with renowned UK Universities, including University of Greenwich, University of East London, University of Chichester and University of Roehampton. This means students get the opportunity to study in Singapore and graduate with a degree from any of these UK Universities. Hosted in a central location, the campus offers over 3,000 students from more than 30 countries the chance to pursue a practical curriculum, starting with the Foundation Diplomas in business and IT or biomedical science, bachelor's degrees (with many being accelerated top-ups), including accounting & finance, business management, cyber security networks, hospitality management, logistics & transport management and marketing/communications, and one-year master's degrees in the same fields, among them the Global MBA. Evening and weekend classes offer working professionals the flexibility they need to pursue their studies while the school also facilitates overseas trips to cities such as Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai, as well as partnerships with organisations like ACCA, ISCA, Deloitte and Grab.
LSBF Singapore is a certified Private Education Institution (EduTrust) and the degrees are awarded directly by LSBF's UK partners - Greenwich, East London, Chichester and Roehampton, which are all well regarded UK Universities. LSBF is also an approved learning partner for the ACCA qualification, making them a popular choice for those looking to gain a professional accounting qualification alongside their degree.
Entry onto the Foundation Diploma typically requires completion of Year 10/O-Level studies or equivalent, a minimum age of 17 years, and proficiency in the English language, as demonstrated by O-Level English, an IELTS score of 5.0, a TOEFL score of 500, or by LSBF's own placement test and preparatory course for those students who require additional support. In order to progress onto a Bachelor's-level programme, students will typically be required to present A-Levels, a diploma or completion of foundation studies (or equivalent) in addition to an appropriate score for the English language. In order to progress onto a Masters-level programme, students will typically be required to present a recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or significant professional experience, with mature students being considered on a case-by-case basis. As exact English-language score requirements vary per course, a counsellor may be able to advise a student on the specific requirements for a particular course.
